So you've discovered how fun pole is! It's time to progress the tricks you learnt in Beginner and get upside down more. We recommend attending at least one pole conditioning or upper body workout class a week to keep those shoulders happy as well as mobility/stretch class every now and then to ensure your're moving the way you should be.
