FIT PHOENIX CLASSES

Upper Body

Targeting upper body muscle groups including your core, various group classes switching between muscle endurance and strength conditioning

Cardio

Increasing heart rate and respiration while using the larger muscle groups repetitively. 

HIIT

Interval training, short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods

Lower Body

Targeting lower muscle groups including your core

Full Body

Using body weighted exercises and a variety of equipment to combine cardio and strength training for an all over body workout.

Circuit Training 

A full-body workout that involves rotating through a series of exercises with little to no rest in between

Stretch

A low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building you muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Yin Yoga 

Its Sunday night and time to set yourself up for a successful week ahead. In this Yin Yoga style class we focus on using our breath to get the most of our stretches and finish off with some mindfulness meditation.

Flexibility Stretch

Whether you're working on touching down in your front or middle splits, or just looking to touch your toes this class is for you! We never push you into a position you're not ready for, and our instructors focus on technique and building strength to protect the longevity of your body.

Zumba

Working out has never been so fun! With a mix of low intensity and high intensity moves this class feels more like a dance party than a workout. You will leave pumped.

Pilates

Mat Pilates offers a balanced, safe & effective approach to fitness conditioning. You will improve your strength, flexibility and stability along with improving your posture.

Evolt Scanner

The Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner, what we call the Intelligent Body Scanner, is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements. It works simply by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands.
