In this class we will target your upper body muscle groups, lessons will vary from strength, conditioning and endurance, all will help you if you also do Pole or Aerial classes.

Little Ones Lyra/Hammock 5-6yr

come try lyra and hammock, learn some moves on both, especially designed class for 5 - 6 year olds.

Once students have completed a term on hammock when they turn 7 they will be able to try a silks class.

This class is an introduction to pole! For the everyday person who wants to learn to climb, spin, and slide, along with fitness. With a big focus on technique we wil build your strength to protect your wrists and shoulders, and gain core stability.

Inter 1 Tricks

So you've discovered how fun pole is! It's time to progress the tricks you learnt in Beginner and get upside down more. We recommend attending at least one pole conditioning or upper body class a week to keep those shoulders happy as well as mobility/stretch class every now and then to ensure your're moving the way you should be.

Look at you go! Your hanging and diving comfortably so it's time to step it up and squeeze those muscles to create aesthetic lines and shapes. With a focus on building technique and strength, this class will prepare you for the next level: Intermediate 3

HIIT

HIIT - High intesity interval training. We will work through 8-9 rounds that will alternate between high intesity movements to a small rest period or low intesity movements.

With our HIIT workout you should burn calories while using major muscle groups , along with strengthing your minor muscles supporting those major muscles.

A low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building you muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Aerial hammock is aerial silks with a twist. The aerial silks are strung from the ends of the fabric creating a hammock out of its centre, opening up a whole new range of moves and shapes to learn. Hammock is a great entry class into the aerial arts.
